The Appendix - This section of the report contains any additional material
that might augment your report, such as timelines, work breakdown structure,
charts, statistics, mentor observation report, activity log, etc.

This is also the section of your report that will provide documentation of your
academic research efforts in an MLA formatted Resources Consulted Page.

"A few hints":
This is the section of the report that is often overlooked by students until the last few
weeks. However, the "evidence box" weighs heavily in determining your final project grade.
If you simply collect your evidence as you go along, this is an easy way to give your
project grade a real boost. If you wait too long, building your "evidence box" may seem
to be an overwhelming task.
Save everything associated with work done on your project. It can all be useful later.
Organization is an important factor in grading the Appendix. Purchase a few index
pages to catalog your materials, then cross-reference the materials with statements made
in your written report.
